ZIYANDA Consulting cc has been appointed to provide Project Management for the Completion of the bulk and internal sewer reticulation network including the household connections for the new development of Ext 6, KwaZanele in Breyten under Msukaligwa Local Municipality, Gert Sibande District.

Project Start Date: March 2018

Project End Date: July 2020

Extension 6 KwaZanele in Breyten under Msukaligwa Local Municipality is a new development consisting of 480 households which requires internal sewer reticulation, bulk sewer lines to the existing pump stations and house connections to the reticulation network.

ZIYANDA Consulting cc was appointed by the Department of Human Settlements (DHS) for the project management of the following activities :

  • Completion of the internal sewer reticulation of the new development (including the manholes and valves)
  • Construction of the 650m x 250mm diameter UPVC bulk sewer pipeline
  • Household connections to the sewer reticulation network
  • Supply and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment for the upgrade of the existing pump station

The current progress of the project to date is 5%. Our key staff on the project are Ted Mutavayi and Clarence Mgutshini.
